The story follows Dr. Nora Davis, a successful surgeon who is haunted by her past. When Nora was a child, her father was convicted of being a serial killer. Now, years later, Nora's past comes back to haunt her when one of her patients is murdered in a way that is eerily similar to her father's crimes.
